The TT9 proudly follows in the footsteps of its big brother, the TT10, and just like the latter it combines maximum efficiency with unprecedented user-friendliness. The turbine and tower form a single unit integrating all of the components. The TT9 also benefits from reduced noise emissions, optimal compressed air cooling and the optimized turbine. Together with the elevated position on the tower - the turbine core is positioned at a height of 3.5 meters - the performance is simply impressive, particularly in the limit temperature range.

The nucleators with double ruby inserts and nozzles with ceramic insert guarantee top-quality snow for years to come.
The tower can simply be tilted for ideal access to the nozzle valve, compressor and the turbine motor. Inspection and maintenance can be done safely from the ground, completely without a ladder.
The TT9 can be configured individually and expanded with options such as a touch display, the meteo station or motorized, electronic swinging and height adjustment.
The TT family is the only tower snow gun on the market that is delivered pre-assembled, which considerably reduces on-site installation efforts. It weighs a mere 800 kg, simplifying and speeding up the installation process to an even greater extent. The machine can also be transported and installed by helicopter.
Maintenance
The innovative tiltable tower allows the TT9 snow gun to combine the advantages of a tower machine with the easy maintenance of a mobile fan gun. The tower can simply be tilted to allow access to the nozzle ring and motor. The need for a ladder is completely eliminated. The elevated position of the snow gun generates a high snow output and a large effective radius. The steel tower is extremely sturdy and consists of a fixed column and a tilting column, which enables servicing at ground level. The snow gun can be lowered mechanically via a lifting cylinder for maintenance.
Technical components
The nozzle valve technology, completely redesigned for the TR10, has also been used for the TT9. The central valve block is replaced by individually controllable single valves. Highly innovative and perfectly coordinated, each nozzle block on the nozzle ring is controlled by its own valve. More valves mean more advantages.
Resource efficiency: Water loss upon actuation of the various valves is prevented by using compressed air to empty the nozzles. The excess water is integrated directly into the air jet and then converted into snow.
Operating safety: The innovative nozzle valve design completely eliminates the need for the central valve block and front discharge. This prevents ice forming in front of the machine and greatly increases operational safety.
Reliability: Thanks to the intelligent valve circuit, the valves replace each other in the event of failure. This ensures that the required number of nozzles is always open.
Air cooling on the machine is key to improving snow output in limit temperature conditions. The innovative air cooler has an unprecedented cooling capacity due to the significant increase in cooling surface area. This ensures that optimum quality snow is produced even in difficult temperature conditions. The TT9 is especially impressive at limit temperatures, with unrivaled snow output.
Perfect snow quality starts with the smallest parts of a snow gun. An optimal air-water mixture is crucial here. All TT9 nucleators come standard with two ruby inserts, through which the correct amount of water is fed into the compressed air. These ruby inserts are extremely durable even when exposed to hard water and high operating pressure. They allow the constant production of high-quality snow over many years and significantly reduce the need to replace nucleators.
The fan and compressor on the TT9 are driven by a single electric motor. The rotary vane compressor is oil-free, delivers a more uniform compressed air flow, weighs less and is easier to service.
LED work lights and LED warning lights, together with the optional meteo station, are incorporated into the tiltable turbine housing. This design gives the TT9 its streamlined look and also maximizes ease of maintenance. The absence of any protruding parts substantially reduces disruptive snow deposits.
