New Service section
Service is a priority at TechnoAlpin. We are constantly striving to extend and improve the technical support that we offer. Our new website has now a dedicated section where customers can download important technical-service information and order replacement parts.
The "Downloads and purchase orders" page is specially reserved for TechnoAlpin customers; to use it, please contact our Service Team, who will be pleased to give you your access credentials. A key part of this new section is the replacement-parts shop, where you can order the main replacement parts for a snow-making system online, quickly and easily. Your orders are automatically forwarded to the right contact person at TechnoAlpin to be processed straight away. The shop now stocks over 500 items.
You can also download a selection of important and useful documents, such as a servicing checklist and the 2012 service manual. New information is continually being added under "News" about work under warranty, conversion kits, etc. Instruction manuals for our entire product range are also available for download.
