TechnoAlpin photo competition: The winners have been selected!
Amateur photographers in ski resorts throughout the world searched for the perfect subject matter for their photos for half a year. With the title "Lens focused on TechnoAlpin", we asked participants to send in photos with technical snow making as their central theme. The only prerequisite was that TechnoAlpin had to be featured in some way on the photo. The best photos have now been selected out of the countless entries, and the winner awarded a prize.
One of the prize hampers, worth 150 Euros, was presented to Mr. Gerhard Aneter, snowmaking manager at the Nassfeld, Carinthia ski resort in Austria. The Swiss Remo Brülhart also demonstrated his particular talent for photography. He is a member of the snowmaking team in Davos, Switzerland. Julian Seeber who is responsible for ensuring the perfect condition of slopes in Sexten in South Tyrol, Italy, was another happy winner of a prize hamper. He picked up his prize directly from the TechnoAlpin headquarters in Bolzano during Alpitec 2010.
Tomáš Pečírka was the proudest participant of all. He was declared the overall winner of the competition. The editor of the newspaper produced by the Czech cable car association, SPLV, was delighted to receive a voucher for a long skiing week-end for two in a ski resort with snow from TechnoAlpin!
We would like to thank all participants for your many photos and are already looking forward to TechnoAlpin's next great photography competition.
