And ACTION! Phase 3 of the B.E.A.T. service begins
With the new B.E.A.T. service concept, TechnoAlpin is dividing the year up into four phases - Beginning, Equipment, Action and Target, and relevant actions. To make the system as efficient as possible and ensure a seamless start to the snowmaking season, it is vital to put the entire year to good use and take the right steps at the right time.
Phase 3 - the “Action” phase - runs from September to November. As the name suggests, it is now high time to get the snowmaking systems up and running.
As a reminder: A comprehensive system analysis using checklists was done in the spring. Based on the outcome, the summer months were used to order essential replacement parts and perform maintenance and repairs without any time pressure.
Action – with winter fast approaching
The months from September to November should now be used for extensive testing and to get the system up and running. TechnoAlpin technicians help ski areas check that all components are in good working order. The system should be running seamlessly once back in operation. If a problem does arise, there will still be plenty of time for any final repairs.
This phase can also be used for basic and advanced snow team training. The TechnoAlpin Academy offers custom training options closely suited to the needs of the respective ski area. Training sessions can also be held on location in the various ski resorts, on request. This helps the snow team get even more familiar with the system, which can then be operated even more efficiently.
With a meticulous system check in the spring, a properly serviced system and well-trained staff, there’s nothing to stop the new season from getting off to a flying start in phase 4.
