Customer Survey for enhanced satisfaction!
Since many years, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement have been two major concerns at the heart of the philosophy and action of TechnoAlpin. Indeed, TechnoAlpin has always sought to establish and cultivate the relationship with ski area operators who trusted the company for their snowmaking installations.
To achieve the goal of increased customer satisfaction, TechnoAlpin conducts regularly surveys to measure this satisfaction level, on products and service topics, as well as on organizational aspects such as project management or dissemination of information and communication. The 2015 survey, conducted online, was a great success among all customers of the TechnoAlpin group, since nearly 400 people responded!
This survey gave the opportunity to reward participants through a draw. 3 respondents were selected among the 400 others after the survey closed. TechnoAlpin is proud to release the names of the 3 winners:
- Peter Marent, from Illwerke Golm Ski resort in Austria;
- Sim Jae Kwan, from Wellihilli ski resort in South Korea;
- Denis Perrel, from La Bresse-Hohneck ski resort in France;
Congratulations! These lucky gentlemen will receive each one a prize. While these are small prizes, beyond the symbol TechnoAlpin wants to thank its partners-customers. Indeed their opinion is highly valuable and their input contributes to the continuing success of TechnoAlpin.
Rich lessons for the group!
The results are very encouraging for TechnoAlpin in the different topics covered in the questionnaire. This is particularly the case for the snow guns, air & water tower funs or fan guns, for which more than 95% of respondents have a positive opinion. Beyond products, the 'Corporate' image and the overall perception of the company TechnoAlpin is another source of satisfaction for the group. Indeed, 91% of respondents have a positive opinion on these two topics. Service and customer assistance receive also a high rating with almost 80% of satisfaction expressed.
Clearly, this is the goal of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement: Always taking into account customers’ needs and inputs and address their issues through the introduction of organizational changes or product and service innovations.
