For nearly 25 years, TechnoAlpin has been producing turnkey snow-making systems for ski resorts around the world. Over 1,800 customers in 48 countries worldwide trust the quality of the TechnoAlpin fan guns and lances used to cover their slopes.
The high quality of the snow guns is also thanks to the constant collaboration between the resorts and TechnoAlpin. In fact, in order to satisfy clients' requirements, the company from Bolzano works constantly to perfect its products and services, also utilizing feedback from technicians and snow-makers.
Every year, numerous clients receive TechnoAlpin demo snow guns, which they test through the winter. At the end of the season, the customers evaluate different aspects of the snow gun, including snow quality, efficiency at marginal and cold temperatures, use of the control keypads, machine manageability and customer assistance during the trial. TechnoAlpin collects this feedback and analyses it. Feedback is extremely important because it allows improvements to the products on offer to be made and areas which could be improved to be identified.
There's more: after each winter season, in spring, TechnoAlpin interviews numerous clients using online surveys to find out what they think about a series of topics relating to the products and the services in general. There are always large numbers of surveys completed and they demonstrate TechnoAlpin's strengths: design, consulting and assistance. More than 90% of those interviewed gave a good or excellent for TechnoAlpin's products and services.
