Power is produced in the head

Power is produced in the headThe patented lance head has been upgraded by reducing the dimensions and optimizing the proportions between the internal and external surface areas. This improves inside to outside heat transfer, guaranteeing an ice-free head even in extremely low temperatures and under adverse wind conditions. The combination of the new flush mounted aluminum nozzles with ceramic inserts and the improved spray pattern ensures now an impressive snow output of the V3 in all areas.

New lance head with nucleators & nozzles

New lance head with nucleators & nozzlesThe enhanced flush mounted propelling nozzles made of anodized aluminum with ceramic inserts guarantee optimum heat transfer between the lance head and nozzle shafts. The larger opening angle between the 3 nucleators and the new arrangement of the controllable nozzles effectively increases snow output. A special heat transfer system ensures that the lance head remains free of ice even in extremely cold temperatures and under adverse wind conditions.

Overground valve block

Overground valve blockSensors and motor valves are securely contained under the cover for transport and on-site handling. The opening on the bottom ensures that the entire apparatus is well ventilated and prevents build up of condensation. Water and air connections can be easily and quickly connected using Camlock coupling without the risk of confusion (different connector sizes).
