TechnoAlpin passes the 200 employees mark

With the season's closure on 30 April, TechnoAlpin finished its accounts, including those relating to personnel increases. Compared to the previous year, the number of employees in the Bolzano central plant alone rose by almost 40%: a figure which represents more than half of the 200 plus employees in the 7 branches throughout the world.

TechnoAlpin’s team is very young, with an average age of just 32. The limited but increasing company loyalty, 4 years on average, indicates just how rapidly this team has grown. Astrid Torggler, on the other hand, who has been working for TechnoAlpin since its foundation, has now been with the company for 19 years. The Secretary, who welcomes guests at Reception, recalls the early days very well. “There were just four of us then. It might have happened that I had to drive a forklift, or one of the managers had to do the repairs himself. Up to a few years ago, we all knew each other, while now, with more than 200 employees all over the world, that is simply not possible“. The percentage of female employees at TechnoAlpin is about 14%, while just 7% of the employees are part-time.
