The personal development of each employee is very important. The focus is on learning from experienced colleagues who, by giving regular feedback, encourage the less experienced to grow into their job.
Mistakes are not seen as stumbling blocks but as opportunities to do things better. Therefore our staff are not afraid to try out new approaches and consequently engage enthusiastically in the joint learning process.
We also foster the professional development of our employees by running job rotation schemes and by offering regular in-house training courses. The training schedule is planned on an annual basis and the target investment in advanced training is at least three days a year. The company generally pays the training costs. Depending on the employee's job, professional development can be language training, a health & safety course or a training course on a specific subject.
