Performance is all in the head
Lightweight structure design. The robust structure in hot-dip galvanized steel combines compact dimensions with great stability, it is easily to mount in a wide range of applications. The hydraulic lift arrangement, the manual horizontal setting and the integrated electrical cabinet are easily accessible and easy to operate.
Shelter. The TechnoAlpin shelter gives the lance necessary stability, it also contains the automatic valves and the electric supply.
Valve block. High-grade aluminum casting, compact and simple design – that is the new tower valve block developed by TechnoAlpin. The proven valving system, the integrated water filter in stainless steel, the drain valves and the reliable sensors guarantee trouble-free operation and long service life.
Patented head with futuristic design and advanced engineering is the distinctive feature of the new A-type lance. Specially developed nozzles with integrated nucleators guarantee optimum nucleation, maximum throw and best snow quality. High-pressure nozzle propulsion is the key to significantly enhanced cross-wind tolerance. A specially developed feature of the spherical head keeps the tower guaranteed free of ice in headwind and at very low temperatures.
Boom. The aluminum boom with its integrated water and air-supply system makes the tower light and easy to operate. The integrated pivot bearing and hydraulic height adjustment makes it easy to change both vertical and horizontal position.
