Die Beschneiungsanlagen von TechnoAlpin sind hochtechnologische Anlagen, deren Komponenten von höchster Qualität und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik sind. Dies gilt für Schneeerzeuger ebenso wie für Maschinenräume und Kompressorstationen. Die Maschinenräume sind wichtige Bestandteile der Beschneiungsanlagen, um die Ressourcenauslastung und das Management zu maximieren: Sie sind das Herzstück der Schneeproduktionsanlage.
 

Bei Beschneiungsanlagen, die nur wenige Monate im Jahr in Betrieb sind, ist eine regelmäßige Wartung der Komponenten des Maschinenraums sehr wichtig, um zu gewährleisten, dass die Leistung der Anlage Saison für Saison auf höchstem Niveau bleibt und die Anlage problemlos in Betrieb genommen werden kann. Pumpenmotoren und Hydraulikteile, Kompressoren, Schaltschränke, VFDs (Frequenzumrichter), Spezialventile usw. müssen jährlich überprüft werden. Um in der Phase der Schneeerzeugung die höchstmögliche Effizienz zu erreichen, müssen alle diese Komponenten jederzeit in perfektem Zustand sein.

Deshalb hat TechnoAlpin ein umfassendes Serviceangebot zur Wartung von Maschinenräumen und Kompressorstationen entwickelt. Unsere bestens ausgebildeten Techniker sind in der Lage, jede Art von Ausrüstung in den von TechnoAlpin konzipierten Maschinenräumen zu warten. Auf Wunsch des Kunden inspizieren sie den Maschinenraum sorgfältig, prüfen den Zustand der verschiedenen Komponenten und geben bei Bedarf Empfehlungen für Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten. Und die Sommerzeit ist der ideale Zeitraum für die Durchführung von Wartungstätigkeiten in Maschinenräumen.
 

Unser Team wird seit vielen Jahren von den wichtigsten Herstellern geschult, um einen optimalen Service für die Maschinenräume anbieten zu können.
