Technical support - a series of snapshots

A perfectly coordinated snowmaking system is the guarantee of optimum resource efficiency in snowmaking. Optimum energy efficiency can only be guaranteed if all the individual system components are working perfectly. This explains why TechnoAlpin has spent years refining its all-embracing, comprehensive after-sales service, supporting its customers in all sectors around the globe.

We have launched a series of videos in order to provide our customers with more in-depth information on the wide range of services offered by TechnoAlpin. Members of the after-sales service team present the individual sections.

The technical support section is the central point of contact for all technical problems at TechnoAlpin. Whether snow guns, pumping stations or control systems – all the inquiries are received and processed here. “The inquiries will come either from TechnoAlpin project managers and sales representatives or directly from our customers all over the world,” explains Stefan Egger who has been working in the technical support team for many years. This team also supports the engineers in the field in order to deal promptly with difficulties and problems. Their expertise is also required to prepare all the documentation for maintenance, including service manuals and instructions.

“We are responsible when solutions are needed,” continues Stefan, “so when customers call us on the service hotline, we try to help them over the telephone or by remote access.” They have the use of a simulator which enables them to simulate specific situations and then give precise instructions on how to remedy the problem.
