We are always striving to offer our customers the best possible service, therefore customer service has always been high on the agenda at TechnoAlpin. Our service engineers are available for our customers around the clock and our service portal is kept up to date at all times.
It is important for us to be able to offer our customers the best solution as quickly as possible in the event of a defect. That is why our after-sales service engineers are available to all TechnoAlpin customers in cases of urgency.
The TechnoAlpin engineers are equipped to deal with all eventualities and make every effort to remedy matters and complete repairs in the shortest possible time. Our extensive repair service includes many parts, such as all hydromats – both old and new models – as well as various valve blocks, compressors and even snow hoses. Fan blade motors, box valves, pumps and various valves – such as one-way valves and regulating valves – are also restored to tip-top condition by our service engineers.
Our team can also test electric components, e.g. PCBs and sensors, and repair them if necessary. We also provide overhaul and repair services for lance heads.
If it is possible, we provide our customers with spare parts in urgent cases so that faultless snow production can be guaranteed while repairs are being carried out.
We always seek to offer our customers the best option in any given case. If a repair is not economically viable, we will find the best alternative solution.
