Our project managers are IPMA fit!

All our team leaders in Contract Management have attended a project management course from the IPMA International Project Management Association in the past 12 months. Our five team leaders successfully completed Level C certification and are now certified project managers. In addition to Pierpaolo Salusso, they include the team leaders of the four macro-regions: Elmar Kuen (Austria), Pirmin Putzer (Italy), Mirko Brunner (Germany and the rest of Europe) and Thomas Faller (outside Europe). The team leaders will pass on the know-how they have acquired to their colleagues in the individual teams. The IPMA certificate confirms that the project managers are proficient in managing the competence elements at all project-manager levels (technical, behavioral, contextual). The certification represents considerable added value for TechnoAlpin when it comes to project activities – and of course the customers benefit from this. To complete the course successfully, participants undertook project work and passed a written and oral examination. Our project managers studied in the evening and at weekends for four months and also recorded their project activities. In addition, they attended regular team workshops to prepare themselves for the examination. IPMA certification is an important step in training and qualifying our employees. Our customers can only benefit from this!
