Snow for the southern part of the world!

Winter is beginning in the Southern Hemisphere, which means the starting gun for artificial snow-making has been fired at many resorts. Snow teams are doing their best to ensure that snow-making systems provide top-quality snow for visitors.

The weather has been good, so some areas of the Southern Hemisphere can already look forward to natural snow. The conditions for artificial snow-making have also been present, allowing many resorts to open, thanks to their excellent equipment.

Valle Nevado, the largest ski resort in Chile, was able to open its slopes two weeks ago. They are in perfect condition because they have snow-making systems from TechnoAlpin. The two largest ski resorts in South America, Cerro Castor and Cerro Catedral, will open their doors in mid-June. The ski resorts in Australia and New Zealand have already opened, and all slopes have excellent snow. The ski resort at Mt. Buller in particular was able to start the season early after purchasing a Snow Factory.

We wish our customers in the Southern Hemisphere all the best and a successful start to the new winter season!
