TechnoAlpin becomes FIS product partner

The International Ski Federation (FIS) and TechnoAlpin share numerous common goals: both support for ski resorts and an ambition to bring more children to the sport of skiing are dear to their hearts. This is why a partnership was only natural. In early July, FIS President, Gian Franco Kasper, and TechnoAlpin CEO, Erich Gummerer, signed the cooperation documents. “The FIS is the largest ski association in the world. In addition to its countless major events, FIS is also the contact point for destinations with less winter-sports experience. That makes its work for winter sports extremely important. Given our worldwide network and many years of experience, we can support the FIS in future in their valuable work,” explains Erich Gummerer.

In addition to the official product partnership, support for the “Bring children to the snow” campaign was also a special cause for TechnoAlpin. Support is provided for a wide range of initiatives around the world to make winter sports more attractive for children and young people. “Winter sports have no future without successful youth work. We are therefore very grateful that the FIS is helping ski resorts worldwide in this important area,” says Gummerer.
