The snow season in the southern hemisphere has started!

It's that time again in the southern hemisphere and the snow operations teams are working flat out to make sure the ski resorts can open on schedule. Ski resorts in New Zealand like The Remarkables and Coronet Peak will be opening on time in the middle of June thanks to modern snow-making systems. The ski resorts in Australia are also busy making snow. The systems have been extended in Mt Buller and Mt Hotham in order to guarantee that the ski slopes will be ready in time. But the weather in Australia is also on board because the country has already had its first snowfall. The two biggest South American ski resorts of Cerro Castor and Cerro Catedral will also be opening their slopes in the middle of the month. Snow-making staff and technicians are already working tirelessly to ensure that the resorts can open on schedule. Both ski resorts upgraded their snow-making systems last year in order to guarantee top slope conditions for the skiers. We wish our customers in the southern hemisphere all the best and a successful start to the new winter season!
