Lyžiarske stredisko Alpe di Mera: Rozšírenie a ďalší rozvoj zasnežovacieho zariadenia spoločnosti TechnoAlpin

V Piemonte, neďaleko hraníc so Švajčiarskom, sa nachádza talianske lyžiarske stredisko Alpe di Mera. Na 30 kilometroch zjazdoviek si každý milovník zimných športov nájde niečo pre seba na každej úrovni náročnosti. Ak chcete nádej na sneh premeniť na bezpečnosť a zaručiť tak úspešnú zimnú sezónu, spoločnosť TechnoAlpin získala v roku 2005 zákazku na výstavbu inovatívneho zasnežovacieho systému.
 

V roku 2022 by sa mohlo rozhodnúť o komplexnom projekte rozšírenia a modernizácie existujúceho zariadenia. Cieľ: Zvýšiť kapacitu čerpania zariadenia a optimalizovať využívanie existujúcich vodných zdrojov.  Projekt sa aktuálne dokončuje.
 

Celkovo bolo položených približne 5 kilometrov nových liatinových potrubí, ako aj elektrické a dátové káble. Okrem toho sme umiestnili 48 nových šácht na zásobovanie 57 nových automatických stožiarových snežných diel vodou, elektrinou a dátami.  Zvyšných 9 tyčových snežných diel sme pripojili na existujúce šachty.

Okrem toho sme výrazne zvýšili výkon čerpadla. Osobitnú pozornosť si zaslúži mobilný kontajner vybavený 3 ponornými čerpadlami, ktoré dokážu z miestnej rieky vyčerpať pozoruhodných 400m³ vody za hodinu.

A nielen to – vybudovali sme aj novú čerpaciu stanicu s piatimi motorovými čerpadlami s výkonom 250 kW, výtlakom 815 m a celkovým výkonom 400 m³/h. Cieľom je optimalizovať zasnežovanie zjazdovky Mera-Scopello a naplnenie existujúcej zásobovacej nádrže.

Projekt zavŕšila rekonštrukcia existujúcej čerpacej stanice s piatimi najmodernejšími meničmi s výkonom 250 kW, ktoré zlepšujú energetickú účinnosť a optimalizujú produktivitu.
 

Spoločnosť TechnoAlpin tak opäť určuje štandardy v oblasti technologických inovácií a trvalo udržateľného rozvoja pri výstavbe a rozširovaní zasnežovacích zariadení.
