Snežné delo TL4 Double: Optimálna produkcia, regulované náklady

Výkon série tyčových snežných diel TL spoločnosti TechnoAlpin zabezpečuje optimálnu produkciu snehu za všetkých podmienok: Snežné delá TL8, TL4 a TL2, s 8, 4 alebo 2 stupňami dýz ovládaných inteligentným distribútorom, kombinácií je viacero a umožňujú pokryť celý pracovný rozsah za akýchkoľvek podmienok. Dve hlavy, 1 zariadenie, dvojitý výkon

Série tyčových snežných diel TL pracujú na rovnakom základe: Hlavy sú namontované na inteligentnom distribútori prispôsobené podľa počtu stupňov dýz, ktoré sa majú ovládať, a vždy ponúkajú maximálny prietok v závislosti od podmienok produkcie a vybranej kvality snehu. Vďaka flexibilite a všestrannosti môžeme ponúkať najvhodnejšie tyčové snežné delo podľa obmedzení terénu a prevládajúcich poveternostných podmienok.

Najnovší člen série – snežné delo TL4 Double – má 2 hlavy TL4 namontované na jednom zariadení: iba jeden inteligentný distribútor na ovládanie prívodu vody, jeden univerzálny stožiar a jeden zasnežovací ventil šachty. Dvojitý výkon špičkovej produkcie snehu pri kontrolovaných investičných nákladoch. Hoci má snežné delo TL4 Double dve hlavy, spotreba vzduchu je veľmi mierna – iba necelých 38 Nm³/h. Snežné delo TL4 Double, umiestnené na správnom mieste na trati, môže pridať významnú hodnotu, najmä pri hraničných teplotách v počiatočných fázach produkcie.

Snežné delo TL4 Double je takisto vybavené vysokokvalitnými komponentmi série TL, ako sú dýzy s keramickými vložkami, ktoré zabezpečujú dlhú životnosť dýz a kvalitu snehu, bezolejový kompresor (pre verzie bez centrálneho zásobovania vzduchom), filter z klinového drôtu bez spájkovania a nukleátory s rubínovými vložkami. Posledné spomínané komponenty vytvárajú optimálnu zmes vzduchu a vody a pri kontrolovanej spotrebe vody. Umožňujú zachovať rovnakú kvalitu snehu počas celého pracovného rozsahu. A nakoniec prichádza na rad inovácia inteligentného distribútora: vzduchový preplach v dýzach vypustí nadbytočnú vodu pri zatvorení alebo zmene stupňov, takže ani kvapka vody nevyjde nazmar.
