Začnite skôr, plánujte s istotou: Úspešné projekty so SnowFactory

So systémom SnowFactory ponúka spoločnosť TechnoAlpin inovatívnu technológiu zasnežovania, ktorá zaručuje maximálnu spoľahlivosť plánovania na zimu. Bez ohľadu na teplotu vzduchu umožňuje nepretržitú výrobu snehu a vytvára tak ideálne podmienky pre spoľahlivý a plánovateľný začiatok sezóny. SnowFactory je koncipovaná ako doplnok ku konvenčným snežným delám a poskytuje potrebnú flexibilitu pri príprave zjazdoviek, najmä v čase, keď chýbajú dostatočne dlhé mrazivé obdobia.

Na celom svete je už v prevádzke viac ako 120 systémov – od mobilných riešení až po rozsiahle projekty s výrobnou kapacitou až 1 000 m³ snehu denne. Tento rozsah ukazuje vysokú prispôsobivosť technológie rôznym požiadavkám.

Jedným z vynikajúcich príkladov je lyžiarske stredisko Monínec v Českej republike. V roku 2025 tu bolo nainštalovaných celkovo sedem strojov SnowFactory vrátane štyroch modelov POLAR a novej čerpacej stanice. Kontrolná jednotka sa ovláda prostredníctvom aplikácie ATASSpro. Vzhľadom na nedostatok dostatočne dlhých mrazivých období je začiatok sezóny v polovici novembra plne závislý od systému SnowFactory – s úspechom: Monínec zostáva jedným z prvých otvorených lyžiarskych stredísk v krajine. Skorý začiatok sezóny sa vďaka technológii podarilo zrealizovať aj v partnerskom stredisku Rokytnice nad Jizerou.

V Novej Osade (Poľsko) predstavovala inštalácia v rámci tesného časového harmonogramu mimoriadnu výzvu. Systém ARCTIC a systém POLAR boli úspešne uvedené do prevádzky v priebehu iba desiatich dní – dôkaz technickej odbornosti a efektívnej spolupráce servisného tímu TechnoAlpin East Europe.

Tieto projekty zdôrazňujú ústrednú úlohu SnowFactory v modernej lyžiarskej prevádzke a jej význam pre zasnežovanie orientované na budúcnosť.
