Snow Summit Australia: Innovations and industry dialog in Thredbo
At the beginning of May, TechnoAlpin took part in the Snow Summit Australia in Thredbo. The Snow Resorts Australia event brought together key representatives from the Australian snow industry, including resort managers, operators, suppliers, tourism managers and other industry experts. The focus was on networking, cooperation and the joint further development of the sector.
As part of the program, TechnoAlpin presented its latest innovations and technological solutions for modern snowmaking solutions. On the second day, a site visit to the Thredbo ski area provided the opportunity to view recent plant modernizations on site. The insights gained enabled in-depth discussions on current requirements, future challenges and potential solutions.
For TechnoAlpin, the Snow Summit represented a valuable platform to engage in direct dialogue with around 180 participants from 75 organizations across the Australian market. Key topics of the event included technology, sustainability, visitor experience, and climate adaptation. The Snow Summit provided the ideal setting to discuss the specific requirements of the Australian market and gather new impulses for the continued development of the snow industry.
