Our Partnerships

The most influential winter sports federations in the world rely on TechnoAlpin's many years of experience and extensive know-how when it comes to quality. These federations not only take care of the many major events, but are also points of contact for venues with less experience in winter sports. The world market leader is also in demand as a national product partner and for major events.

FIS

TechnoAlpin has been the official product partner of the International Ski Federation (FIS) since 2016 and, in this role, is also the point of contact for all technical issues concerning snowmaking. Many links have been forged between the parties through years of ongoing collaboration. The leadership of TechnoAlpin in snowmaking technology and the wide-ranging expertise of FIS in slope preparation have generated several new ideas and developments.

IPC

In its capacity as official supplier, TechnoAlpin has worked with World Para Snow Sports, the body responsible for para snow disciplines within the International Paralympic Committee, since 2018. Local venues hosting World Cup races and the Para Alpine Skiing, Para Snowboard, Para Biathlon and Para Cross Country Skiing World Championships benefit from the partnership.

IBU

Starting with the 2019/20 winter season, the company has also worked as the official product partner for technical snowmaking in collaboration with the International Biathlon Union (IBU). Having gained international experience over many years, TechnoAlpin can provide expert advice on snow reliability and snow quality for organizers of biathlon competitions. At the same time, the input from the international venues is extremely rewarding and enriching for the innovation leader.

Swissski

TechnoAlpin has been the official supplier of Swiss Ski Federation, Swiss-Ski since 2016 and supports teams and events by ensuring snow coverage on the ski slopes. TechnoAlpin is also involved in the SwissCom Snow Days and the Dario Cologna Fun Parcours—two popular sports projects hosted by the Swiss Ski Federation to promote youth snow sports.

DSV_01

The Deutsche Skiverband (DSV - German Swiss Association) has relied on TechnoAlpin as the official supplier to the German National Ski Team since 2014, making it the technology leader's first product partner. Using conventional snow guns, but primarily the Snowfactory, the DSV aims to guarantee adequate snow coverage at World Cup events and on the training slopes before the start of the season.

Antholz_01

Antholz, in South Tyrol, has hosted the Biathlon World Cup since the 1970s. In 2020, the World Championships will be held there for the 6th time, with TechnoAlpin as the official Gold Partner, providing world-class snow coverage. In 2026, the South Tyrol arena will also host the XXV Olympic Winter Games biathlon competitions.
