Service Team at Full Strength

For the 2016-17 snowmaking season, TechnoAlpin will field the largest Service Team ever.  There will be 6 full time technicians, all freshly off weeks of specialized factory training in both Europe and North America.  These seven are spread across the country to better respond to service issues, training and support of our North American resorts. In addition to that core gang of seven, we have the seasonal support from two more specialized techs.  Michel Gallois who does sales in Quebec but service across Canada, and veteran T-A Project Manager, Fabrizo Martinet who will function as a “Flying Super Wrench”.  This may well be the largest service team in North American snowmaking.  This team does not do “Sales and Service” just service.  Team members are:  Garrett Poole, works out of Park City UT and handles the Southern Rockies including Colorado.  Kody Jones may live in Ogden UT but you’ll see him most often in the Northern Rockies and also in the Midwest.  Stuart Clotworthy has his home in Reno NV and handles the West Coast and Western Canada. John Dixon lives right where he grew up, in Dover Vermont and services Southern New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Veteran Joe Scarfi works out of Killington and handles Northern New England and helps out everywhere. Jeromy Nealon’s home is Southwest of Pittsburg and he will cover the South East.
