Альпе-ди-Мера: расширение и дальнейшее развитие системы искусственного оснежения от компании «ТехноАльпин»

Итальянский горнолыжный курорт Альпе-ди-Мера расположен в Пьемонте, неподалеку от границы с Швейцарией. На лыжных трассах протяженностью 30 километров найдется занятие по душе для всех любителей зимних видов спорта, независимо от уровня подготовки. Для гарантированного оснежения и успешного проведения зимних сезонов компания «ТехноАльпин» в 2005 году выиграла тендер на строительство инновационной системы искусственного оснежения на курорте.
 

В 2022 году был одобрен обширный проект по расширению и модернизации существующей установки. Его целью служит увеличение производительности насосов установки и оптимальное использование имеющихся водных ресурсов.  В настоящее время проект находится на этапе завершения.
 

В общей сложности проложено около 5 км новых чугунных труб, а также силовых кабелей и кабелей для передачи данных. Кроме того, оборудовано 48 новых шахт для снабжения 57 новых автоматических снежных ружей водой, электричеством и данными.  Оставшиеся 9 снежных пушек подключены к имевшимся шахтам.

Кроме того, значительно увеличена мощность насосов. Особого внимания заслуживает мобильный контейнер, оборудованный тремя погружными насосами, способными извлекать из местной реки впечатляющие 400 кубометров воды в час.

Но и это еще не всё — дополнительно построена новая насосная станция с пятью моторными насосами мощностью 250 кВт и напором 815 метров, общей производительностью 400 кубометров в час. Она предназначена для оптимизации оснежения на трассе скоростного спуска Мера-Скопелло и для заполнения имеющегося накопительного водохранилища.

Проект завершился обновлением существующей насосной станции пятью современными инверторами мощностью 250 кВт, повышающими энергоэффективность и оптимизирующими производительность.
 

Компания «ТехноАльпин» в очередной раз задает стандарты в области технологических инноваций и устойчивого развития в процессе сооружения и расширения систем искусственного оснежения.
