Непревзойденное оснежение: семейство TR и TT

С семейством TR и TT, вентиляторными снегогенераторами новейшего поколения, компания «ТехноАльпин» в очередной раз задает новые стандарты в области оснежения. Запуск снегогенератора TR10 в 2019 году лег в основу новейшей линейки снежных пушек. Этот снегогенератор сочетает в себе наилучшее качество снега с максимальным удобством в эксплуатации.
 

В 2021 году он в буквальном смысле слова вышел на новый уровень после выпуска снегогенератора на опоре TT10. Наклонная опора, новаторский на тот момент механизм, сочетает в себе преимущества устройства на опоре с простотой в обслуживании мобильного вентиляторного снегогенератора. Техническое обслуживание теперь удобно и безопасно выполняется с земли.
 

В прошлом году на рынок выпущены TR9 и TT9, вентиляторные снегогенераторы со второй по размеру турбиной, которые дополнили новые линейки продуктов.

Лучшие характеристики оснежения в предельном диапазоне температур
 

Радиатор воздушного охлаждения переработан и оптимизирован для производства новейших линеек снегогенераторов. Более высокая охлаждающая поверхность обеспечивает улучшенное охлаждение воздуха, тем самым увеличивая объем производимого снега, особенно в предельном диапазоне температур.
 

Оптимальное использование всех ресурсов
 

Технология сопловых клапанов также была полностью переработана с появлением новых вентиляторных снегогенераторов. Центральный блок клапанов заменен отдельными клапанами с индивидуальным управлением. Для управления инновационными и идеально согласованными блоками на кольце форсунок предусмотрены отдельные клапаны. Это не только серьезно повышает безопасность эксплуатации, но и предотвращает потерю воды.
 

Нуклеаторы семейства TR и TT стандартно оснащены двумя рубиновыми вставками. Все форсунки в машинах TR также имеют высококачественные рубиновые вставки. Они отличаются максимальной износостойкостью, что позволяет постоянно производить высококачественный снег, и в то же время снижает потребность в замене.
 

И последнее, но не менее важное: вентиляторы и компрессоры на всех устройствах приводятся в движение одним лишь электродвигателем.
 

Удобство в эксплуатации на максимальном уровне
 

Приподнятое положение снегогенераторов на опоре из серии TT обеспечивает большой радиус действия. Наклонная опора позволяет механически опускать снегогенератор с помощью подъемного цилиндра. В результате кольцо форсунок и двигатель находятся в идеальной доступности и полностью исключают необходимость использовать лестницу.
 

Серия TR, в свою очередь, отличается автоматической регулировкой высоты. Снегогенераторы автоматически переводятся в положение для производства снега, которое обеспечивает оптимальную производительность. После завершения оснежения снегогенераторы автоматически переходят в режим ожидания, что предотвращает повреждения, вызываемые снегопадом или транспортировкой.
 

Инновационная и функциональная конструкция
 

И наконец, что не менее важно, серии TR и TT впечатляют эстетичной и в то же время удобной в эксплуатации конструкцией. Снегогенератор на опоре TT10 даже получил всемирно известную награду iF Design Award 2022 Gold. Он впечатлил жюри премии инновационной общей концепцией и привлекательным дизайном.
