ATASSpro is impressive because it is extremely user-friendly!
In May 2021, TechnoAlpin proudly presented its new ATASSpro control software, heralding a new era in snowmaking. Over 400 customers are already on board and have been working with the new system throughout the current winter season. Customers were asked for their opinions in the early design stage. The system was subsequently developed on this basis to optimize the user experience. The relevance of this step is clearly reflected in the positive feedback received to date from users. "The software offers a number of different options and has a variable structure. Consequently, it is perfectly in tune with current snowmaking requirements," enthuses Dani Meyer, in charge of snowmaking at Andermatt-Sedrun. "After a short training period, it is easy to operate and users soon get to grips with the system."
Straightforward transition and clear interface
"We had no problems whatsoever on switching our control system over to ATASSpro," explains Jan Gross (pictured), responsible for snowmaking in Klinovec, a resort in the Czech Republic, on assessing their switch-over to the new software. Daniel Lösch, snow supervisor at Planai-Hochwurzen Bahnen continued in much the same vein, "We were a bit skeptical at first, but in the end, everything worked out brilliantly." "Even colleagues who work less frequently with snowmaking software quickly got used to the new software thanks to the intuitive interface."
ATASSpro brings all the essential functions to the fore, creating a unique user experience. Separate access is created for every system user thanks to Multiuser Access. "Everyone in our snow team now has the opportunity to adapt the interface in line with their personal requirements and tasks. The view in the different tabs provides straightforward access to all essential functions. This always gives you a quick overview of all the key features," confirmed Lösch when asked about the advantages of the new user interface. Jan Gross also clearly sums up the new user experience. "The key advantages of the new software? That's obvious - ease of use. It's really great!"
