The 1,000th fan-based snow producer from 2025 goes to Snow Space Salzburg!
TechnoAlpin, world market leader in the construction of snowmaking systems, traditionally produces a special golden edition for the 1,000th fan-based snow producer manufactured each year. In 2025, this special version will go to Snow Space Salzburg in Austria – a long-standing partner with whom we have a special relationship.
This year’s golden machine tells two compelling stories: Not only the 1,000th fan-based snow producer that TechnoAlpin produced in 2025, this machine is also the 1,000th snow producer to be installed in the Snow Space Salzburg ski area.
A double milestone that impressively highlights the strength and continuity of this partnership.
The ski area has relied on TechnoAlpin technologies since 2012. In the past three years alone, some 100 fan-based snow producers have been delivered and several existing pumping stations have been extensively modernized and their performance significantly upgraded. This collaboration is built on mutual appreciation and a shared commitment to top quality, maximum efficiency and the sustainable use of resources.
Snow Space Salzburg has also set itself the goal of consistently minimizing all CO₂ emissions: all snow producers are operated with 100 percent green energy.
