Unforgettable customer trips from the 23/24 season: A review

The 23/24 season was full of exciting and unforgettable customer trips. We offer all of our customers across the globe the unique opportunity to get to know us as a market leader in the snowmaking industry, our innovative products, and our site. During customer trips, our guests get to dive into our story, view our modern production, and meet the passionate people behind our products.

Two stops are always included in the visit: Our headquarters including offices, and our production site.
 

Our production site in Bolzano, where all of our high-quality products are manufactured, is a particular highlight. Groups have the opportunity of visiting our impressive showroom, assembly production, our modern high-bay warehouse, our machine warehouse and production, where we manufacture our industry-leading propeller machines and lances. This offers our customers a comprehensive overview, and allows them to witness the best snow guns being developed up close. Another central component of every visit is seeing our headquarters. Visitors gain an overview of the following departments: marketing, research & development, software (ATASS and SNOWMASTER), SPS programming, purchasing, logistics, sales, project planning & design, contract management and service. Our headquarters is also home to the renowned TechnoAlpin Academy, which provides training to around 350 customers a year.

Here at TechnoAlpin, we are proud to be the best in the industry, and are always really pleased to be able to welcome so many customers personally and show them around our site in Bolzano. In previous season, we were able to welcome almost 60 customers and 330 guests from all of the world. Customer trips offer unique experiences for all participants, as well as countless unforgettable moments.
 

We are excited to organize lots of exciting trips and events for our customers in the coming season, and to continue presenting TechnoAlpin’s outstanding achievements.
