SD500: революционное оснежение крытых помещений от «ТехноАльпин»

Крытые лыжные залы сталкиваются с особыми проблемами в процессе подготовки лыжных трасс. На этой неделе в лыжном комплексе SnowWorld в городе Зутермере был представлен новый снегогенератор для оснежения внутри помещений, который вносит существенный вклад в ресурсосберегающее производство снега.
 

Производство снега в помещениях заметно отличается от классического оснежения на открытом воздухе. Высокая влажность воздуха, ограниченная охлаждающая мощность и небольшое пространство оказывают серьезное влияние на процесс производства снега в помещении. Компания «ТехноАльпин» выводит на рынок новый снегогенератор SD500, созданный специально для таких особых требований. SD500 — первый вентиляторный снегогенератор для оснежения внутри помещений. Тем самым лидер в области инноваций, компания «ТехноАльпин», задействует свой многолетний опыт в области оснежения и проверенные компоненты для использования в крытых помещениях.

На прошлой неделе новый вентиляторный снегогенератор был тщательно протестирован в комплексе SnowWorld города Зутермера и доработан совместно с отделом разработок мирового рыночного лидера «ТехноАльпин». «Мы в восторге от новой технологии. Комплекс SnowWorld полагается на наиболее эффективные и современные решения во всех областях для максимально экологичной эксплуатации наших лыжных залов. Снегогенератор SD500 внесет значительный вклад в повышение эффективности оснежения в будущем», — считает директор SnowWorld Вим Хубрехтсен (Wim Hubrechtsen). Около 50 операторов лыжных залов со всего мира убедились в преимуществах SD500 во время презентации.

Сложные решения для повышения эффективности

Как и все снегогенераторы «ТехноАльпин», SD500 производит снег исключительно из воды и воздуха. Форсунки в сочетании с потоком холодного воздуха из турбинного трубопровода обеспечивают мгновенное замерзание снежинок и образование рассыпчатого снега. Механизм горизонтальной и вертикальной регулировки позволяет размещать SD500 в оптимальном положении для производства снега. Это обеспечивает целенаправленное оснежение лыжных трасс, игровых площадок или любых фонов. Большой радиус действия позволяет покрывать снегом даже большие помещения с помощью всего одного устройства, сокращая объем работ с перемещением на ратраке и разбрасывая снег по всей площади зала.
 

Контроль SD500 осуществляется с помощью интеллектуального программного обеспечения системы управления ATASSpro, которое значительно повышает эффективность оснежения лыжных трасс и упрощает обслуживание.

Малый вес и компактное исполнение позволяют легко устанавливать снегогенератор в самых разных комплектациях на потолке или стенах и незаметно вписывать его в интерьер любых крытых лыжных комплексов. Высокая гибкость делает SD500 идеальным снегогенератором для лыжных залов любого размера.
