Inovatívny vývoj produktov vďaka 3D tlači od spoločnosti Adddam

Turbínové snežné delá série TR a TT sa vyznačujú technickou dokonalosťou do posledného detailu. Snežné delo spája najlepšiu kvalitu snehu s optimálnym využitím zdrojov a maximálne jednoduchým použitím. Pri ďalšom vývoji snežných diel TR10 a TR9 uvedených na trh v rokoch 2019 a 2022 spoločnosť TechnoAlpin opäť preukázala svoje zmýšľanie orientované na inovácie.
 

V záujme rýchlej implementácie zmien v konštrukcii komplexného spínacieho ventilu dýz sa popredný výrobca zasnežovacích zariadení obrátil na spoločnosť Adddam v Brixene (IT). Spoločnosť sa totiž špecializuje na flexibilné riešenia v oblasti spracovania kovov a výroby, najmä na aditívnu výrobu.

Aditívna výroba sa často označuje aj ako 3D tlač. Ide o inovatívny proces výroby produktov. Konštrukčné diely sa vyrábajú spôsobom vrstva po vrstve, čo prináša úplne nové možnosti výskumu. Zároveň tento proces ponúka vysokú voľnosť pri navrhovaní a flexibilitu, čo zohráva významnú úlohu pri výrobe prototypov. Je to najmä preto, že geometria aditívne vyrábaných konštrukčných dielov umožňuje veľmi realistické možnosti vyhotovenia.
 

V prípade spínacieho ventilu dýz umožnila aditívna výroba spoločnosti Adddam vykonať na 3D modeli množstvo testov v teréne. Úpravy a zmeny sme vykonali bez akýchkoľvek problémov, kým sa nový konštrukčný diel vyrobil z hliníkového tlakového odliatku a zaviedol do sériovej výroby. Táto možnosť výrazne urýchlila výskum a pomohla nám rýchlo a efektívne dosiahnuť presvedčivé výsledky.
