Lyžiarske stredisko Verbier rozširuje svoje zasnežovacie kapacity!

Dňa 3. novembra spustil prevádzkovateľ lyžiarskeho strediska Verbier 4 Vallées (Valais, Švajčiarsko) produkciu snehu pomocou nového zasnežovacieho systému v sektore Lac des Vaux. Tento zasnežovací projekt, ktorý sa začal v roku 2021, realizujú tímy spoločnosti TechnoAlpin v podobe „na kľúč“. Projekt zahŕňa konštrukciu nového zasnežovacieho systému, ktorý sa skladá z 59 snežných stanovíšť vybavených 48 vrtuľovými snežnými delami TT10 a 11 tyčovými snežnými delami V3.

Na globálne posilnenie manažmentu vodných zdrojov na zasnežovanie v lyžiarskom stredisku a v rôznych sektoroch mestečka Verbier bolo položených 9 800 m vodovodných potrubí, prevažne typu DN300 a DN400. Cieľom je dosiahnuť prepojenie s vodným zdrojom v sektore Savoleyre na optimalizáciu distribúcie vody počas fáz produkcie snehu. Z tohto dôvodu sa v jazere vykonal nový vrt v hĺbke 7 m. Výzva a špecifickosť tejto operácie: práce prebiehali pri plnom stave jazera!

Nový systém v Lac des Vaux je zásobovaný podpornou stanicou a čerpacou stanicou, ktoré pozostávajú z dvoch vodovodných potrubí s celkovým prietokom 400 l/s (1 440 m3/h). Čo sa týka vzduchu dodávaného do tyčových snežných diel V3, do systému bola pridaná nová stanica kompresorov s kompresormi značky Kaeser s výkonom 2 110kW.

Na zaručenie energeticky efektívnejšej produkcie snehu boli všetky nové snežné stanovištia vybavené inteligentnými vyhrievacími zariadeniami, ktoré zabraňujú nebezpečenstvu zamrznutia. Táto inovácia minimalizuje spotrebu elektrickej energie systému a šetrí tak niekoľko tisíc kilowattov za sezónu, pričom zabezpečuje optimálnu a bezpečnú prevádzku produkcie snehu.

Po úvodnej presvedčivej testovacej fáze spustil zasnežovací tím mestečka Verbier kampaň na produkciu pre rok 2022 už 3. novembra, aby zaručil otvorenie zjazdoviek začiatkom zimnej sezóny.

Sme veľmi hrdí na skvelý vzťah dôvery s prevádzkovateľom lanovkových systémov Téléverbier, ktorý sa už od roku 2009 spolieha na inovatívne riešenia spoločnosti TechnoAlpin na zabezpečenie snehu na svahoch lyžiarskeho strediska Verbier 4 Vallées!
