Potrubia z tvárnej liatiny, najlepšie vo svojej triede!

Na prívod vody vo svojich projektoch spojených so zasnežovaním sa spoločnosť TechnoAlpin rozhodla používať len tie najkvalitnejšie výrobky, preto ponúka liatinové potrubia od svetového lídra vo výrobe tvárnych potrubí, spoločnosti Saint Gobain PAM. Tento rok je spoločnosť TechnoAlpin na ceste k prekonaniu rekordu s očakávanou dĺžkou inštalovaných potrubí z tvárnej liatiny až 180 km!

Saint Gobain PAM vyvinula špecifické potrubia na prívod vody určenej na zasnežovanie, s ohľadom na špecifické problémy spojené s budovaním vodovodných systémov v horských oblastiach: tvary terénu, zloženie pôdy, požiadavky na prívod vody v zmysle prietoku a tlaku atď.Vysoká kvalita, životnosť, jednoduchá inštalácia a spoľahlivosť – to je len niekoľko vlastností produktových línií Alpinal a Natural.

Mechanické vlastnosti tvárnej liatiny z nej robia najvhodnejšie riešenie na prívod vody určenej na zasnežovanie: vďaka vysokej odolnosti proti vonkajším silám a vnútornému tlaku a špecifickej konštrukcii elastomérového spojovacieho systému, ktorý poskytuje dôležitý uhlový odraz, umožňujú potrubia z tvárnej liatiny aj vysokú flexibilitu usporiadania. Je veľmi jednoduché dodržiavať tvar terénu a zároveň šetriť armatúry. Potrubia z tvárnej liatiny sa skutočne ľahko inštalujú vďaka posuvnému systému zásuvkových spojov a práca si nevyžaduje žiadne zváračské práce na mieste, čo umožňuje rýchlu a bezproblémovú inštaláciu.

Spoločnosť Saint Gobain PAM zaviedla v produktovej línii Natural nové prvky pre štruktúru potrubí. Potrubia Natural ponúkajú prvú vrstvu ZinAlium (zinok-hliník) obohatenú meďou, ktorá chráni jadro z tvárnej liatiny pred povrchovou a mikrobiologickou koróziou. Na tejto 1. vrstve je nanesený akrylátový povrchový náter na vodnej báze, ktorý ďalej predlžuje životnosť potrubí utesnením ich vonkajšieho povrchu. Tento nový náter na vodnej báze je roztok, ktorý je veľmi šetrný k životnému prostrediu, pretože neobsahuje žiadne škodlivé látky (bisfenol A ani rozpúšťadlá). Vnútorný náter zároveň zabraňuje korózii a zaisťuje veľmi hladký povrch s nízkym trením.

S liatinovými potrubiami od Saint Gobain spoločnosť TechnoAlpin ponúka najspoľahlivejšie, prispôsobené a efektívne riešenie pre inštalácie zasnežovacích systémov s cieľom zabezpečiť čo najlepšie snehové podmienky na lyžiarskych tratiach.
