Tuyaux en fonte ductile, les meilleurs de leur catégorie !

Pour l'alimentation en eau de ses projets d'enneigement, TechnoAlpin a choisi de travailler avec les produits de la plus haute, en proposant les canalisations du leader mondial de la fabrication de canalisations en fonte ductile, Saint Gobain PAM. Et cette année, TechnoAlpin est en passe de battre un record avec 180 km de canalisations en fonte ductile attendues qui seront installées !

Saint Gobain PAM a développé des canalisations spécifiques pour l'alimentation en eau d'enneigement, en tenant compte des problématiques particulières liées à la conception et à la réalisation des réseaux neige en zones de montagne : Formes du terrain, nature du sol, besoin d'alimentation en eau en termes de débit et de pression... Qualité élevée, durabilité, facilité d'installation et fiabilité font partie des caractéristiques offertes par la gamme de produits Alpinal et la gamme de produits Natural.

Les propriétés mécaniques de la fonte ductile en font la solution la plus appropriée pour l'alimentation en eau d'enneigement : Très résistantes aux efforts extérieurs, à la pression interne, les canalisations en fonte ductile permettent également une grande flexibilité d'implantation grâce à la conception spécifique du système de joint élastomère qui permet une déviation angulaire importante. Il est très facile de suivre la forme du terrain tout en économisant sur les raccords. D’ailleurs, les canalisations en fonte ductile sont faciles à installer grâce au système de joint à emboîtement coulissant, et la pose ne nécessite aucun travail de soudure sur place, ce qui permet une installation rapide et fluide.

Avec la gamme Natural, Saint Gobain PAM a introduit de nouvelles fonctionnalités au niveau de la structure des canalisations. La gamme Natural offre une 1ère couche de ZinAlium (zinc-aluminium) enrichie en cuivre qui protège de la corrosion de surface et de la corrosion microbiologique le cœur en fonte ductile. Au-dessus de cette 1ère couche, un revêtement de finition acrylique à base d'eau améliore encore la durabilité des canalisations en scellant la surface externe. Ce nouveau revêtement à base d'eau est également une solution très respectueuse de l'environnement car il ne contient aucune substance nocive (pas de bisphénol A, ni de solvants). Le revêtement interne empêche également la corrosion et offre une surface très lisse avec un faible frottement.

Avec les canalisations en fonte de Saint Gobain, TechnoAlpin propose la solution la plus fiable, adaptée et performante pour l'alimentation en eau des installations d'enneigement, afin d'assurer les meilleures conditions d'enneigement sur les pistes de ski.
