Spoločnosť TechnoAlpin získala certifikát o rodovej rovnosti

Spoločnosť TechnoAlpin bola nedávno ocenená za svoju angažovanosť v oblasti podpory rodovej rovnosti. Táto certifikácia potvrdzuje nepretržitú snahu spoločnosti vytvoriť podnikovú kultúru, ktorá podporuje čestnosť, rešpekt a rovnosť šancí.

Zohľadňovanie rôznorodosti v procesoch rozhodovania a vo vnútropodnikovej politike rovnosti, ktoré zaväzuje ku kultúre rovnosti šancí, sú podstatnými prvkami certifikácie.
