TechnoAlpin SnowFactory – pohľad na vývoj

Asi pred 10 rokmi začala spoločnosť TechnoAlpin s vývojom produktu SnowFactory. V roku 2014 sa uviedlo do prevádzky prvé zariadenie vo Winterbergu. Odvtedy sa toho udialo mnoho: od Kalifornie po Vietnam bude na celom svete v prevádzke viac než 80 strojov. Že sa preto technicky veľa urobilo, je zrejmé.

Výhody aktuálnych modelov sú zrejmé už na prvý pohľad. Výroba veľkého množstva snehu a jeho jednoduchá distribúcia umožňujú jedinému systému SnowFactory rozviesť sneh na stovky metrov po celom lyžiarskom stredisku prostredníctvom podzemných potrubí. Vďaka nízkemu pripojovaciemu výkonu a rôznych chladiacim prostriedkom potrebuje SnowFactory v rámci odvetvia podstatne menej energie ako porovnateľné modely. Špeciálne vyvinutý intuitívny ovládací softvér umožňuje jednoduchú obsluhu a ľahké ovládanie v kancelárii aj na cestách.

Úspešné nové projekty


Aj v poslednom roku sme opäť dokázali zrealizovať niekoľko zaujímavých projektov pomocou technológie SnowFactory. V prípade Majstrovstiev sveta v biatlone 2023 bolo mesto Oberhof (Nemecko) vybavené skladovou halou na sneh a produktom SnowFactory. To umožňuje skoršie spustenie výroby snehu s udržateľným energetickým konceptom a obnoviteľnými zdrojmi energie a zaručuje zimnú prevádzku. Z dlhodobého hľadiska má byť dokonca 100 % energie strediska zimných športov pokrytých vlastnými zdrojmi.

Lyžiarske stredisko Mt. Buller v Austrálii rozšírilo svoje existujúce zasnežovacie zariadenie o dva nové stroje SnowFactory. Tieto stroje, ktoré sú v súčasnosti celkovo štyri, sú základom celého zasnežovacieho systému strediska Mt. Buller a zabezpečujú istý štart zimnej sezóny bez ohľadu na teploty a množstvo snehu.

V rámci zimných olympijských hier 2022 bola v Chongli (Čína) vybudovaná krytá U rampa na tréningové účely. Špičkoví freestyloví športovci tak majú teraz možnosť trénovať svoje kúsky počas celého roka v ideálnych snehových podmienkach. Dokončená krytá U rampa bola vybavená aj strojom SnowFactory od spoločnosti TechnoAlpin, ktorý denne vyrobí 1 000 m3 snehu.
