TL8 – najvyššia kvalita snehu vo svojej triede

Model TL8, vlajková loď radu tyčových snežných diel TLx, je absolútne najvýkonnejším modelom, pokiaľ ide o kvalitu a produkciu snehu. Bez ohľadu na teplotný rozsah ponúka TL8 bezkonkurenčný produkčný výkon v kombinácii s vynikajúcou energetickou účinnosťou.
 

Vďaka 8 kombináciám prietoku a pokročilej technológii regulácie prúdenia vody, inteligentnému rozdeľovaču, umožňuje model TL8 dokonale regulovať prietok vody a optimalizovať produkciu snehu pozdĺž celej produkčnej krivky tyčového snežného dela, pre každú teplotu a najmä v hranične náročných podmienkach.

Inteligentný rozdeľovač, umiestnený tesne pod hlavicou tyčového snežného dela, funguje ako kompaktný ventilový blok, ktorý reguluje distribúciu vody. Môže sa pochváliť aj ďalšou inovatívnou funkciou: preplachovaním vzduchom! Pri prechode z jednej kombinácie prúdenia na druhú sa zostatková voda vypudí do hlavného prúdu kvapiek a premení sa na sneh. Vodou sa neplytvá! Ide o významný technický výdobytok, pokiaľ ide o trvalú udržateľnosť: táto funkcia v systéme s 300 tyčovými snežnými delami dokáže ušetriť približne 100 000 litrov vody za sezónu!
 

Pokiaľ ide o hlavicu tyčového snežného dela, optimalizovaná konfigurácia dýzy a nukleátora znižuje spotrebu vzduchu. Použitie keramických vložiek v dýzach a rubínových vložiek v jadrách minimalizuje opotrebovanie a udržiava najvyššiu možnú kvalitu snehu sezónu po sezóne.

Jednotka LCU je ďalším vylepšením radu TL. Táto inovácia spája filtračnú jednotku s filtračnou vložkou Wedge-Wire a riadiacu jednotku tyčového snežného dela. LCU je nainštalovaná na základni rúry tyčového snežného dela a umožňuje ho ovládať z povrchu a nie zo snežnej šachty. Tým sa znižuje potreba prístupu do snežnej šachty v prípade údržby alebo opravy, čím sa zvyšuje bezpečnosť práce zasnežovacej čaty. Meteorologická stanica a svetlo sú tiež pripojené priamo k jednotke LCU. Tyčové snežné delo je pripojené ku komunikačnej sieti ATASSpro na účely diaľkového ovládania, pričom jednotka LCU umožňuje lokálne ovládanie pomocou protokolu Bluetooth.
 

S modelom TL8 povýšila spoločnosť TechnoAlpin výrobu snehu na novú úroveň a opäť raz posunula hranice možného pre tyčové snežné delá.
