Udržateľnosť prostredníctvom opráv a údržby

Jedným z cieľov centrálneho manažmentu spoločnosti TechnoAlpin je podporovať a integrovať trvalo udržateľné princípy do všetkých oblastí spoločnosti. Udržateľné konanie a podnikanie sa netýka len manipulácie s novými výrobkami a technológiami, ale aj zaobchádzania s chybnými a staršími zariadeniami.
 

Spoločnosť TechnoAlpin kládla od začiatku veľký dôraz na výrobky s dlhou životnosťou. Vysoká kvalita snežných diel by sa mala udržiavať desiatky rokov aj v náročných podmienkach na horách. V súlade s tým boli použité vysokokvalitné komponenty, takže mnohé snežné delá z 90. rokov fungujú stále dokonale.

V oddelení opráv a revízii sa dnes opravujú chybné snežné delá a jednotlivé komponenty. Na druhej strane požičovňa a predvádzacia technika, ako aj použité snežné delá, sú úplne ako nové. Na trhu s použitými strojmi sú teda dostupné zariadenia rôznych generácií. Všetky snežné delá sú po kompletnej generálnej oprave, a preto sú ako nové. To zaručuje aj ročná záruka spoločnosti TechnoAlpin. Pre niektoré oblasti použitia úplne postačujú snežné delá staršej generácie.
 

Ak už generálna oprava modelu nemá zmysel, demontujú sa všetky použiteľné komponenty. Tie potom použijeme ako náhradné diely pre staršie modely, ktorých komponenty už nie je také ľahké získať, keďže sa používajú už viac ako 30 rokov.

Oddelenie opráv a revízií zabezpečuje tiež odbornú opravu a revíziu čerpadiel, kompresorov, ventilov alebo jednotlivých komponentov.
 

Tie diely, ktoré už nie je možné použiť, sa rozdelia podľa typu materiálov. Niektoré diely sa posielajú späť príslušným dodávateľom, ktorí z týchto materiálov vyrobia nové diely. Zvyšok sa profesionálne zrecykluje v okolitých firmách.
 

Nápravné kvóty 2022/23

  • Až 60 % prijatých snežných diel sa opraví/repasuje a uvedie späť do obehu.
  • Približne 95 % ostatných komponentov (čerpadiel, kompresorov, ventilov alebo jednotlivých dielov) bolo opravených interne alebo vrátených výrobcovi na opravu.
