Výroba v spoločnosti TechnoAlpin – rušné letné mesiace

Výroba spoločnosti TechnoAlpin beží počas letných mesiacov na plné obrátky. So 65 zamestnancami vo výrobe a 7 špecialistami na riadenie dodávateľského reťazca vytvára spoločnosť základ pre včasné dodávky – a tým aj pre úspešný začiatok zimnej sezóny.

Manuálna práca, kvalita a globálna logistika

Každý týždeň sa ručne a precízne vyrobí približne 80 vrtuľových snežných diel, 125 tyčových snežných diel a množstvo aplikácií a ventilov. Každý deň odchádza z výrobného závodu približne 30 plne naložených nákladných vozidiel k zákazníkom vo viac ako 50 krajinách sveta.
 

Jednotlivé komponenty vyvíja spoločnosť TechnoAlpin sama a vyrába ich v úzkej spolupráci so špecializovanými spoločnosťami, najmä v severnom Taliansku, Francúzsku, Nemecku a Rakúsku. Títo dodávatelia podliehajú prísnej kontrole kvality. Zostavy aj kompletne zmontované snežné delá sa podrobujú komplexným funkčným testom v našom vlastnom výrobnom závode, aby sa zabezpečilo bezproblémové uvedenie do prevádzky na mieste.

Kľúčom k úspechu je motivovaný tím

Základom vysokého objemu výroby sú efektívne procesy a špecializovaný tím. Spoločnosť TechnoAlpin podporuje motiváciu a spokojnosť svojich zamestnancov modelom 4,5-dňového pracovného týždňa a nezmeneným 40-hodinovým pracovným týždňom. Tento model pracovného času dopĺňajú flexibilné formy zamestnania, ktoré zlepšujú najmä rovnováhu medzi pracovným a súkromným životom.
