Production at TechnoAlpin - busy summer season
During the summer months, production runs at full speed here at TechnoAlpin. With 65 production employees and 7 supply chain specialists, the company ensures on-time delivery – laying the foundation for a successful start to the winter season.
Craftsmanship, quality and global logistics
Through precise manual craftsmanship, around 80 fan guns, 125 lances, and numerous applications and valves are produced each week. Some 30 loaded trucks leave the facility each day, bound for customers in over 50 countries worldwide.
TechnoAlpin develops its components in-house and manufactures them in close collaboration with specialized partners – primarily located in northern Italy, France, Germany, and Austria. These supplier companies have to meet rigorous quality control standards. Both modules and fully assembled snow guns undergo thorough functional testing at our in-house production facility to ensure trouble-free commissioning on site.

High production volumes are built on streamlined processes and a dedicated team. TechnoAlpin encourages employee motivation and satisfaction by offering a 4.5-day week model under the unchanged 40-hour week. This model is complemented by flexible employment options designed specifically to enhance work-life balance. In recent years, this has played a key role in continuously increasing the proportion of women in production.
TechnoAlpin produces a total of around 5,000 snow guns every year – an output that reflects technical excellence and peak efficiency.
