TechnoAlpin on Tour delights over 250 guests in Austria
This week, the TechnoAlpin on Tour made stops at two locations in Austria: on Tuesday at the TechnoAlpin branch in Volders and on Thursday at the Snow Space Salzburg ski area in Alpendorf. More than 250 guests took the opportunity to learn about the latest product developments and digital solutions and exchange ideas with industry experts.
At various stations, TechnoAlpin experts showcased a wide range of new products. In the snow producers sector, the spotlight was on the new TR series. Key features include a new undercarriage with extendable jacks, improved location of control units and displays, and further enhanced resource efficiency.
The service team presented the BEATmaster WebApp. As a digital guideline, it walks snow teams through all maintenance steps and assists with the planning, execution, and documentation of maintenance activities. It also simplifies the collection and sharing of information between the technical, service, and management departments.
At the TechnoAlpin Academy booth, guests were given an overview of the current training programs and online learning modules available through the LMS platform.
Another highlight was the SnowFactory Tundra, the latest addition to the SnowFactory family. The compact plant is housed in a 20-foot container, making it only half the size of the Polar Mobile. With a production capacity of up to 70 cubic meters of snow per day, it combines efficiency with a high degree of operational flexibility. Its compact design and lighter weight make it ideal for a variety of applications in ski areas and indoor ski centers.
The latest updates to ATASSpro and SNOWMASTER were also showcased at a software demo station. Visitors had the opportunity to test the features firsthand and discuss their questions directly with the experts on site.
TechnoAlpin subsidiary xelom was also on site, showcasing its fully electric snow groomer, the SnowCat. The vehicle combines high performance and instantly available torque with reduced maintenance and servicing requirements. This offers the potential for greater efficiency and lower operating costs.
Alongside the product demonstrations, personal interaction was a key focus of the event. With its welcoming atmosphere and excellent standard of catering, TechnoAlpin on Tour created the perfect setting for conversations and exchanging ideas among customers, product managers, and account managers.
