ACADEMY Online - Lernen im eigenen Tempo

TechnoAlpin entwickelt seit vielen Jahren umfangreiche Schulungsprogramme, die Teams in Skigebieten dabei unterstützen, sich neues Wissen rund um die Bedienung und Wartung von Beschneiungsanlagen (Schneeerzeuger, Maschinenraumkomponenten) anzueignen und die innovativen Funktionen der Software ATASSpro oder SNOWMASTER gezielt zu vertiefen. Die Schulungen werden entweder direkt beim Kunden vor Ort oder in einer der Schulungseinrichtungen von TechnoAlpin durchgeführt. Mit ACADEMY Online, der speziellen E-Learning-Plattform im Serviceportal, steht das Schulungsangebot nun auch in digitaler Form zur Verfügung.

ACADEMY Online verfügt über zahlreiche interessante Funktionen für einfache und zugleich umfassende Schulungen, die jederzeit und überall leicht bequem zugänglich sind. Diese neue E-Learning-Plattform enthält benutzerfreundliche Lernvideos zu Wartungsarbeiten an den wichtigsten Komponenten von Beschneiungsanlagen sowie zur Anwendung der Software ATASSpro. Außerdem werden Schulungsmodule mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsstufen angeboten, von Grundkursen bis hin zu fortgeschrittenen Lerneinheiten zu Schneeerzeugern (TT/TR-Propellermaschinen, TL-Lanzen usw.) oder Schachtventilen. Ziel ist es, eine bessere Kenntnis der einzelnen Produkte zu erlangen.

Am Ende jedes Moduls ermöglichen spezifische Tests die Überprüfung und Validierung des erworbenen Wissens. Die Benutzer können den Lernfortschritt ihrer Ausbildung auch direkt im eigenen Profil verfolgen. Ziel ist es, den Anwendern wertvolle Einblicke zu vermitteln, um den Einsatz ihrer Beschneiungsanlagen zu optimieren und insbesondere zu Beginn der Wintersaison eine höhere Effizienz erreichen können. So können beispielsweise potenzielle Störungen schneller erkannt und behoben werden, um eine reibungslose Schneeproduktion sicherzustellen.
