ACADEMY Online, learning at your own pace

For many years now, TechnoAlpin has been developing extensive training programs allowing crews at ski resorts to acquire new skills on operating and maintaining snowmaking equipment – snow guns, machine room components, as well as gaining deeper knowledge on using the innovative features offered by ATASSpro or SNOWMASTER software. Available either directly on the customer’s site or in one the training facilities of TechnoAlpin, trainings are now going digital, with the ACADEMY Online, the dedicated e-learning platform on the Service Portal.

The ACADEMY Online boasts several interesting features for easy and in-depth trainings, accessible very easily whenever and wherever. This new e-learning platform includes user-friendly tutorial videos related to the maintenance operations for the key components of a snow production facility, or related to ATASSpro applications. It offers as well as training modules, with several difficulty levels from basic to more advanced sessions, on snow producers (TT/TR fan guns, TL lances, etc.) or snow pit valves, in order to gain a better knowledge of each and every product.

At the end of the modules, specific tests allow to check and validate the acquisition of knowledges. Users can track as well the training progresses on their profiles. The goal is to give greater insights to users on how to maximize the usage of their snowmaking equipment and to reach a greater efficiency, particularly at the beginning of the winter season, giving them, for instance, the ability of troubleshooting their installations, for seamless snow production operations.
