ACADEMIE Online, apprendre à votre propre rythme

Depuis de nombreuses années, TechnoAlpin développe des programmes complets de formation permettant aux équipes des domaines skiables d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences sur le fonctionnement et la maintenance des équipements d'enneigement - enneigeurs, composants de la salle des machines, ainsi que d'approfondir les connaissances sur l'utilisation des fonctionnalités innovantes offertes par les logiciels ATASSpro ou SNOWMASTER. Dispensées directement sur le site du client ou dans l'un des centres de formation de TechnoAlpin, les formations sont désormais accessibles en ligne, grâce à ACADEMY Online, la plateforme d'apprentissage intégrée au portail du services.

L'ACADEMIE en ligne présente plusieurs caractéristiques intéressantes pour des formations faciles et approfondies, accessibles très facilement à tout moment et n’importe où. Cette nouvelle plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne comprend des vidéos tutorielles relatives aux opérations de maintenance des composants clés d'une installation d’enneigement, ou relatives à ATASSpro. Elle propose également des modules de formation, avec plusieurs niveaux allant des sessions de base aux sessions plus avancées, sur les enneigeurs (enneigeurs ventilateurs TT/TR, lances TL, etc.) ou les vannes d’abri afin d'acquérir une meilleure connaissance de chaque produit.

A la fin des modules, des tests spécifiques permettent de vérifier et de valider l'acquisition des connaissances. Les utilisateurs peuvent également suivre les progrès de la formation sur leur profil. L'objectif est de permettre aux utilisateurs de mieux comprendre comment optimiser l'utilisation de leur équipement d'enneigement et d'atteindre une plus grande efficacité, en particulier au début de la saison hivernale, en leur donnant, par exemple, la capacité de dépanner leurs installations, pour des opérations de production de neige sans encombre et performantes.
