Die Macht des Wissens | Rekordzahlen für die ACADEMY

Auch in diesem Jahr hat die ACADEMY wieder eine Rekordzahl an Schulungen durchgeführt und dabei technisches und fachliches Wissen über den Betrieb und die Wartung von Schneeerzeugern, Softwarelösungen und Maschinenraumkomponenten an Beschneiungsteams weitergegeben. So nahmen im Laufe des Jahres 2025 mehr als 600 Teilnehmer an 110 Schulungskursen teil, die insgesamt rund 830 Teilnehmertage umfassten und von Grundkursen bis hin zu fortgeschrittenen Lerneinheiten reichten. Diese Kurse wurden von TechnoAlpin entweder in einem der ACADEMY Schulungszentren in Italien, der Schweiz, in Frankreich oder direkt vor Ort angeboten.

Wenn die Schulungen nicht in einem der Schulungszentren stattfinden, bietet die ACADEMY maßgeschneiderte Vor-Ort-Schulungsprogramme an, die auf die spezifischen Anforderungen jedes Kunden und die Konfiguration seiner Beschneiungsanlage zugeschnitten sind. Unsere qualifizierten Ausbilder reisen mit spezieller Trainingsausrüstung und Demokoffern direkt zum Skigebiet und bieten praktischen Unterricht an, um die Fachkompetenz der lokalen Beschneiungsteams zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Insgesamt zielen die von TechnoAlpin entwickelten umfassenden Schulungsprogramme darauf ab, den Anwendern fundierte Kenntnisse zu vermitteln, um die Betriebseffizienz und -sicherheit zu verbessern und gleichzeitig Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren, indem die technischen Fähigkeiten und das Know-how vermittelt werden, die erforderlich sind, um potenzielle Probleme vorherzusehen und zu beheben.
 

Seit diesem Jahr hat die ACADEMY auch ein eigenes Online-Lernportal eingerichtet, das den Nutzern zahlreiche Vorteile bietet. Dazu gehören eine umfangreiche Bibliothek mit Lernvideos zu Wartung und ATASSpro, Online-Schulungsmodule zu TechnoAlpin Schneeerzeugern und Ventilen mit detaillierten Einblicken in Komponenten und Funktionen sowie abschließende Prüfungen, um das erworbene Wissen zu überprüfen und eventuelle Wissenslücken zu erkennen.
