The power of knowledge | Record numbers for the ACADEMY

Once again, this year, the ACADEMY delivered a record number of training sessions, sharing technical and expert knowledge with snowmaking crews on the operation and maintenance of snow producers, software solutions, and machine room components. Throughout 2025, more than 600 participants took part in 110 training courses, totaling around 830 participant days, ranging from basic to advanced levels. These sessions were offered by TechnoAlpin either at one of the ACADEMY training centers in Italy, Switzerland, or France, or directly on site.

Indeed, when not at one of the training centers, the ACADEMY provides customized on-site training programs tailored to each customer’s specific requirements and snowmaking system configuration. Our qualified trainers travel directly to the ski resort with dedicated training equipment and demo cases, delivering hands-on instruction to support and further develop the expertise of local snow teams.

All in all, the comprehensive training programs developed by TechnoAlpin aims to empower users with in-depth knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and safety, while minimizing downtime by providing the technical skills and know-how needed to anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues.
 

As of this year, the ACADEMY has also launched a dedicated online learning portal, offering numerous benefits to users. These include an extensive library of tutorial videos on maintenance and ATASSpro, online training modules covering TechnoAlpin snow producers and valves with detailed insights into components and features, as well as final assessments to validate acquired knowledge and identify any remaining gaps.
