Le pouvoir de la connaissance | Des chiffres records pour l'ACADEMY

Cette année encore, l’ACADEMY a dispensé un nombre record de formations, partageant avec les équipes de production de neige des connaissances techniques et expertes sur l’exploitation et la maintenance des enneigeurs, des solutions logicielles et des composants de la salle des machines. Tout au long de l’année 2025, plus de 600 participants ont pris part à 110 formations, représentant environ 830 jours homme de formation, du niveau débutant au niveau avancé. Ces sessions ont été proposées par TechnoAlpin soit dans l’un des centres de formation de l’ACADEMY en Italie, en Suisse ou en France, soit directement sur site.

En effet, en dehors des centres de formation, l’ACADEMY propose des programmes de formation personnalisés sur site, adaptés aux besoins spécifiques de chaque client et à la configuration de leur système d’enneigement. Nos formateurs qualifiés se déplacent directement dans les stations de ski avec du matériel de formation dédié et des mallettes de démonstration, afin de dispenser un enseignement pratique et de développer encore davantage l’expertise des équipes neige locales.

Dans l’ensemble, ce programme de formation complet développé par TechnoAlpin vise à doter les utilisateurs de connaissances approfondies afin d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle et la sécurité, tout en réduisant les temps d’arrêt grâce aux compétences techniques et au savoir-faire nécessaires pour anticiper et résoudre les problèmes.
 

Depuis cette année, l’ACADEMY a également lancé une plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne dédiée, offrant de nombreux avantages aux utilisateurs : une vaste bibliothèque de vidéos tutoriels sur la maintenance et ATASSpro, des modules de formation en ligne consacrés aux enneigeurs et aux vannes TechnoAlpin avec des analyses détaillées des composants et de leurs fonctionnalités, ainsi que des évaluations finales permettant de valider les connaissances acquises et d’identifier d’éventuelles lacunes.
