Der intelligente Maschinenraum – mit IO-Link

Seit 2019 setzt TechnoAlpin in den Maschinenräumen auf das Kommunikationssystem IO-Link, bei dem alle Messwerte digital übertragen werden. Durch das intelligente System stehen mehr und bessere Informationen zur Verfügung. Gleichzeitig vereinfacht sich die Installation und reduziert sich die Anzahl von Sensoren.

In der Vergangenheit waren Sensoren meist auf analoge Daten beschränkt. Heute bilden die Daten intelligenter Sensoren das Fundament des Maschinenraums 4.0. Sie geben Informationen an den sogenannten IO-Link-Master weiter. Dieser verarbeitet sie und stellt die Schnittstelle zur übergeordneten SPS Steuerungssoftware dar. Die Messwertübertragung erfolgt digital. Fehlerhafte Übertragungen oder Umrechnungen von Analogsignalen entfallen.

 

Der digitale Maschinenraum liefert darüber hinaus weit mehr und schnellere Informationen als analoge Systeme. Der IO-Link Master gibt einen umfassenden Überblick über den Ist-Zustand der Anlage und benachrichtigt das Schneiteam umgehend bei Fehlern. Dabei liefern die Komponenten sofort Auskunft über die Art des Fehlers. Das macht die Wartung für Skigebiete leichter und ermöglicht ab sofort auch einen Remote-Support - ob vom Skigebiet, von der Piste oder von zuhause aus.

Weniger Sensoren - Einfache Installation

Darüber hinaus können digitale Sensoren viel mehr als Analoge. Ein einzelner digitaler Sensor kann gleichzeitig als Durchflusssensor, Mengenzähler und Temperatursensor fungieren und diese Daten präzise auf digitalem Weg übertragen. Damit steht ein Maximum an Informationen zur Verfügung, während gleichzeitig weniger Sensoren benötigt werden. Die Projektierungs- und Installationszeiten verringern sich ebenso wie der Betriebs- und Wartungsaufwand.

Die Komponenten des Maschinenraums 4.0 sind standardisiert und vorkonfektioniert. Sowohl beim Kabelmaterial als auch bei den Sensoren können bei der Installation praktisch keine Fehler gemacht werden, da das intelligente System die Komponenten erkennt und richtig zuordnet. Dies steigert die Effizienz in der Programmierung und bei der Installation vor Ort und spart so Zeit und Kosten für Skigebiete.

Auch bestehende Maschinenräume können auf die neueste Technologie umgerüstet werden, da sich IO-Link auch in bestehende Systeme integrieren lässt. Jeder kann also von den Vorteilen modernster intelligenter Technologie profitieren. Betriebssicherheit und Kostenersparnis stehen am Ende des Upgrades.
