Inteligentná strojovňa – vďaka IO-Link

Od roku 2019 používa spoločnosť TechnoAlpin v strojovniach komunikačný systém IO-Link, ktorý prenáša všetky namerané hodnoty v digitálnej forme. Vďaka inteligentnému systému máte dosah na viac a lepšie informácie. Súčasne sa zjednodušuje inštalácia a znižuje sa počet snímačov.

Snímače sa predtým obmedzovali najmä na analógové údaje. Údaje z inteligentných snímačov dnes tvoria základ strojovne 4.0. Snímače odosielajú informácie do takzvaného systému IO-Link-Master. Systém ich spracuje a zobrazí ich v rozhraní priradeného riadiaceho softvéru PLC. Prenos nameraných hodnôt prebieha digitálne. Zabudnite na chybné prenosy alebo prepočítavanie analógových signálov.



Digitálna strojovňa navyše poskytuje viac a rýchlejšie informácie ako analógové systémy. IO-Link Master poskytuje komplexný prehľad o aktuálnom stave zariadenia a v prípade poruchy upozorní zasnežovací tím. Komponenty pritom okamžite poskytnú informácie o type chyby. Zjednodušuje to údržbu lyžiarskych stredísk a okamžite umožňuje aj vzdialenú podporu – či už zo strediska, zjazdovky alebo z domu.

Menej snímačov – jednoduchá inštalácia

Digitálne snímače toho dokážu omnoho viac ako analógové. Jeden digitálny snímač dokáže fungovať ako snímač prietoku, počítadlo množstva a teplotný snímač súčasne a všetky tieto údaje preniesť presne v digitálnej podobe. Máte k dispozícii maximum informácií pri nižšom počte snímačov. Vďaka tomu si ušetríte čas nielen pri projektovaní a inštalácii, ale aj pri prevádzke a údržbe.

Komponenty strojovne 4.0 sú štandardizované a vopred zmontované. Pri káblovom materiáli alebo pri snímačoch sa počas inštalácie len ťažko zmýlite, pretože inteligentný systém komponenty rozozná a správne priradí. Toto zvyšuje efektívnosť programovania a inštalácie na mieste a tým šetrí čas a náklady pre lyžiarske strediská.



Každý z týchto výhod získa.

Aj existujúce strojovne možno prerobiť na najnovšiu technológiu, pretože IO-Link môžete integrovať aj do už existujúcich systémov. Každý môže získať z najmodernejších inteligentných technológií. Na záver ešte doplníme prevádzkovú bezpečnosť a úsporu nákladov.
