Der intelligente Maschinenraum – mit IO-Link

Depuis 2019, dans ses salles des machines TechnoAlpin mise sur le système de communication IO-Link, grâce auquel les valeurs de mesure sont transmises numériquement. Ce système intelligent permet de disposer d'informations plus nombreuses et de meilleure qualité. En même temps, l'installation est simplifiée et le nombre de capteurs est réduit.

Dans le passé, les capteurs se limitaient généralement à des données analogiques ; désormais, les données des capteurs intelligents constituent la base de la salle des machines 4.0. Ils transmettent des informations à ce que l'on appelle l'IO-Link Master, qui les traite et constitue l'interface avec le système de gestion API de niveau supérieur. La transmission des valeurs de mesure est numérique. Les transmissions erronées ou les conversions de données analogiques ne sont plus nécessaires.

 

La salle des machines numérique fournit en outre des informations bien plus nombreuses et plus rapides que les systèmes analogiques. L'IO-Link Master donne un aperçu complet de l’état réel de l’installation et informe aussitôt l’équipe d’enneigement en cas d’erreurs. Les composants fournissent immédiatement des informations sur la nature de l’erreur. Cela facilite la maintenance pour les domaines skiables et permet dès à présent une assistance à distance - que ce soit depuis le domaine skiable, les pistes ou la maison.

Moins de capteurs, pour une installation facile

Les capteurs numériques peuvent faire beaucoup plus que les capteurs analogiques. Un seul capteur numérique peut servir à la fois de capteur de débit, de compteur et de capteur de température et transmettre ces données avec précision par voie numérique. On dispose ainsi d'un maximum d'informations tout en ayant besoin de moins de capteurs. Les temps de conception et de montage sont réduits, tout comme les frais d'exploitation et de maintenance. 

Les composants de la salle des machines 4.0 sont standardisés et pré-assemblés. Tant pour le matériel de câblage que pour les capteurs, il n'est pratiquement pas possible de faire des erreurs lors de l'installation, car le système intelligent reconnaît les composants et les associe correctement. Cela augmente l'efficacité en matière de programmation et d'installation sur place, ce qui permet aux domaines skiables d'économiser du temps et de l'argent.



Tout le monde peut profiter de ces avantages.

Même les salles des machines existantes peuvent être équipées de la technologie la plus récente, car IO-Link s'intègre également dans les systèmes existants. Tout le monde peut donc profiter des avantages de la technologie intelligente la plus moderne. La sécurité de fonctionnement et les économies de coûts sont au bout de la mise à niveau.
