Maximale Performance durch präventive Wartung

Eine zuverlässige Beschneiung beginnt lange vor der Wintersaison. Im Frühling und Sommer steht daher die Wartung der TR- und TT-Propellermaschinen sowie der TL-Lanzen im Mittelpunkt, um maximale Leistung unter allen Bedingungen sicherzustellen.

Die TR-Serie, TT-Serie und TL-Serie stehen für höchste Effizienz, Robustheit und Schneesicherheit - auch bei kritischen Temperaturen im Grenztemperaturbereich. Die TR-Serie überzeugt durch ihre Mobilität und Flexibilität im Einsatz, die TT-Serie durch ihre stationäre Stärke und konstante Leistung auf dem Turm, während die TL-Serie für besonders effiziente und ressourcenschonende Beschneiung mit Lanzen steht. Alle Systeme sind auf einfache Wartung und maximale Betriebssicherheit ausgelegt.
 

Im Rahmen der Wartung werden sämtliche Anlagen umfassend geprüft, gereinigt und instand gesetzt. Dazu gehören die Kontrolle mechanischer und hydraulischer Komponenten, der Austausch von Verschleißteilen sowie die Funktionsprüfung aller relevanten Systeme.
 

Die Wartung erfolgt in der aktuellen B.E.A.T. Phase Equipment, in der alle Anlagen gezielt für die kommende Saison vorbereitet werden. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass potenzielle Ausfälle frühzeitig vermieden werden und die Systeme beim Schneistart vollständig einsatzbereit sind.
 

Mit der Web-App B.E.A.T.master wird dieser Prozess durchgängig unterstützt: Wartungsarbeiten werden strukturiert geplant, digital dokumentiert und effizient gesteuert. Service-Teams behalten so alle Maschinen jederzeit im Blick.

Durch den hohen Standardisierungsgrad der TR-, TT- und TL-Serie werden Wartung, Ersatzteilversorgung und Serviceprozesse zusätzlich vereinfacht. Das Ergebnis ist eine einfache, effiziente und verlässliche Instandhaltung.
